Domestic Shipping We offer domestic shipping services through Canada Post. Delivery times vary, typically ranging from 4-10 business days depending on the destination of your package. International Shipping We offer international shipping services through Canada Post. Delivery times can vary significantly, spanning from a few weeks to two months. Customers may also be subject to duty fees upon receiving their items. It's important to note that we cannot provide inaccurate customs information for orders due to tax, legal, and liability reasons. We kindly ask customers not to request misrepresentation of the value of their purchase or falsely declare it as a gift.

Can I return or exchange my order?Kindly note that all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only exchanges or refunds for manufacturer defects are eligible. All customers are acknowledging and accepting this policy during the checkout process. If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us merch@nonsweet.ca within two weeks of delivery. Please include comprehensive details of the defect along with accompanying images in your inquiry. Please ensure the item remains in its original packaging for any exchange or refund process.

How can I request Non Sweet to perform at an event near me?If you would like to see Non Sweet at a specific event in Canada or any another country, please contact your local event organizer and let them know you would love to see us perform there. It's more meaningful for the organizers to hear performer requests from the attendees. To inquire about booking Non Sweet at your event, please email info@nonsweet.ca.

Where can I mail my fan mail or gift for Non Sweet?If you are interested in sending us fan mail, letters, or packages, you may do so to the following PO box address; PO Box 98634 Vancouver RPO Stadium VANCOUVER, BC V6B 0L7 Canada Please note packages that include perishables and edible items that are unsealed will be disposed of. (I.e. no homemade treats, must be in original packaging, unopened.)
