JEWEL POINTS

Jewel Points is Non Sweet's exclusive reward system. Fans can collect points through purchases at our in-person shows and online store, then redeem them for special rewards.

HOW TO COLLECT

Every $30 CAD spent (before tax and fees) earns 1 Jewel Point.
Points can be earned at in-person shows and through the Non Sweet online store.
Points are tracked using a physical Jewel Point card. Each point you earn will be issued as a collectable point card
Point cards are the only way to track your points. Please keep them safe. Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.

1pt	Phone photo with 1 member (1-shot or 2-shot, no interaction time)
2pts	Polaroid photo with 1 member, no signature, no interaction time — or — 1 random bromide set
3pts	Polaroid photo with 1 member signature + 1 min interaction time
4 pts	Signing on 1 personal item by selected member (1 item only, item must be approved by staff), 2 minutes signing time.
5 pts	Horizontal group polaroid with 1 member signature, no interaction time — or — Group phone photo, no interaction time
10 pts	Tokuten Kai Fast Pass (valid for 1 day)
15 pts	✦ Selected member Deco cheki with a handwritten message on the back
20 pts	✦ 20 or 30 second video from selected member — or — TikTok trend video with selected member*
30 pts	✦ 1 month Patreon Elite Diamond tier (free) — or — 20% off store discount for 1 month
40 pts	✦ All members signed brand new T-shirt — or — Handwritten letter from selected member
60 pts	✦ Decide the setlist for a future show (up to 2 songs from Non Sweet's existing repertoire, or 1 brand new song — subject to member and staff approval, performance date to be scheduled separately)

HOW TO REDEEM

Bring your point cards to the merchandise table at any Non Sweet show to redeem a reward.
Let staff know which reward you would like to redeem and how many points you are using.
Some rewards cannot be fulfilled on the spot and will require prior arrangement with staff. These rewards are marked with ✦ in the rewards list. If you wish to redeem a ✦ reward, please speak with staff first. Delivery details such as pickup arrangements, shipping, or scheduling will be discussed and confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
Point cards used for redemption will be collected by staff and cannot be returned.

GENERAL RULES

Jewel Points have no expiry date.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Non Sweet reserves the right to update the rewards list and point values. Any changes will be announced in advance.
All reward redemptions are subject to staff approval and availability.
All rewards must be redeemed in person at a Non Sweet show. Rewards cannot be claimed remotely or through any other method.
When redeeming a reward, your point cards must be physically presented to staff. Cards will be collected at the time of redemption and cannot be returned.
Rewards from 1 to 10 points are fulfilled on the spot at the show and are not available for shipping or remote delivery.
Rewards marked with ✦ cannot be fulfilled on the spot but still require in-person redemption to initiate. Delivery details will be arranged with staff separately after redemption.
The 20-point video reward may be fulfilled on the day of the show depending on time and venue restrictions. This is not guaranteed and must be confirmed with staff. If fulfilled on the day, it will take place after all other meet and greet activities have concluded.
Deco cheki: Fully decorated polaroid photo that is hand drawn by the member. Can only redeem 1 decorated polaroid by one member
Tokuten Kai Fast Pass: The Fast Pass allows you to skip the meet and greet queue and be served as the next person in line. Simply present your Fast Pass to staff when you arrive at any queue during the Tokuten Kai. Please follow staff instructions at all times.
