MEET AND GREET GUIDE
Instructions for participating in a post-show Meet & Greet (Tokuten Kai) with Non Sweet.

WHAT IS A MEET AND GREET
(特典会 / TOKUTENKAI)?
In Japanese idol culture, a Meet & Greet (特典会 / Tokuten Kai) is a special event held after a performance where fans can purchase goods and have the chance to meet and chat with the members directly.
To participate in a Meet & Greet with Non Sweet, you will need to purchase a ticket from the merchandise table. Please review the ticket types below and prepare your ticket before joining the queue.

-
Please notify the staff or the member which photo option you would like when returning your ticket. (2-shot or 1-shot)
-
Tickets do not expire, except in cases where a member change makes a ticket unusable. All ticket purchases are final — no refunds or exchanges once purchased.
-
Group Shot Polaroids will be taken 10 minutes before the meet & greet ends. Thank you for your patience, and sorry for the inconvenience!
-
A maximum of 2 Single Shot Polaroid tickets (with signature) and 1 Phone Photo / Single Shot Polaroid ticket (without signature) may be redeemed per visit to the front of the line, regardless of which member you are queuing for.
-
If you hold more tickets than the permitted limit for the same member, you are welcome to rejoin the queue and use your remaining tickets on your next turn.
-
You may combine ticket types in a single visit (e.g. 1 polaroid with signature + 1 phone photo). Mixed combinations still count toward your 2-ticket limit.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Below is a general outline of how the Meet & Greet runs. Please follow staff instructions at all times as the order or format may vary by event.
-
Purchase your ticket(s) at the merchandise table.
-
Join the queue for your chosen member. If you are last in line, you will receive an END-OF-LINE sign from the person in front of you. This is to help other Dias find the back of the queue. If someone lines up behind you, please pass the sign to them.
-
Have your ticket ready before you reach the front of the line.
-
When it is your turn, hand your ticket to the member and let the staff know your photo preference (2-shot or 1-shot, polaroid or phone photo).
-
For phone photos, please open your camera app and set your preferred mode before reaching the front of the line.
-
Enjoy your interaction time with the member. Be mindful of the time and other fans waiting in line.
-
If you hold a Group Shot Polaroid Ticket, please wait for the group photo announcement approximately 10 minutes before the Meet & Greet closes.
GUIDELINES
PHOTO GUIDELINES
-
Photos are taken at a fixed location. Members will not make significant movements outside of the designated area unless permitted by staff.
-
Members and staff reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable photo requests. This includes poses the member is not comfortable with, unclear or indecisive directions, or requests that take up more time than permitted.
-
If your polaroid or phone photo has a clear technical issue — such as being too dark, overexposed, blurry, or a closed eye — please report it to staff at the same event. One retake will be permitted. All other cases are at staff discretion.
-
If a retake is needed after your interaction time has ended, you will be asked to step aside and wait. Staff will hand you the completed polaroid once it has been signed.
